a criminal breaking the law ?  can’t trust anyone these days..

Found in the morning papers.

Child killer gets extra 6 months added to his life sentence.

A convicted child killer serving a life sentence was given another 6 months.
Oh, that’ll teach him.  So, what did he do to earn such harsh treatment?  Did he kill another prisoner ?  Steal some extra food?  In possession of drugs?
Well, no.

He did a runner.
A runner?
You mean he broke out of jail?
Ah, well, not exactly broke out.  He walked out.

He walked out?  Wait a minute. How is a convicted killer, especially a child killer, allowed to just … walk out of a prison?

Erm … well ya see, it isn’t that he was “allowed” to walk out like a free man.

Well darn it what?  How?

He was in an open section of the prison.  I guess that’s the part run on the honor system where folks are only bound by their promise to be nice people and not be naughty and run away.

How disappointing.  Who’d have thought a child killer could not be trusted.
You just can not trust anyone these days.

A massive man hunt led to his capture 9 days later.

Now if this country had the death penalty …..

stupid idiot judge asks for silence ….. read this one sitting down

Was not going to boot today .... it’s a bit late now.  Thing is .... I could not avoid it after seeing the headlines and reading the accounts and hearing the news on radio.

Two yrs ago you will all be aware ... this country went thru days of riots and looting and buildings burning and muggings and robberies and outright violent assaults of many innocent bystanders. And there was death as well. City after city was torched, and the excuse used by the vermin out having fun was the police shooting of .... A, a white guy ....  B, one of those protected others of a darker hue.
Yeah. Right.

Why the F*** is it that cops are NEVER given the benefit of the doubt, even when confronted by criminals? Whatever.

I do not have a crystal ball but my bet is that there might be some trouble brewing by those who could care less about another dead black gang member, who want a new TV or iPad or whatever else their tiny hearts and minds desire, and some hard core idiot white folks who dream of being black and want to show how multi cultural and diverse they are, and the usual anarchists who always take advantage of this kind of thing.

Well as you realize here the deceased is in the news again, because a jury has brought in a verdict in favor of the policeman who shot the vermin dead.  He had seconds to make that decision and yet .....  one damn fool asked the question, and I am not making this up,
“Why didn’t the police officer wait to see if the guy would fire first before shooting him?”

The 29-year-old was linked to ten shootings and two murders.

One of his teachers at Broadwater Farm Primary School remembered how he was one of the ‘most disruptive children in the school’.
Boyan Yordanov, 47, said: ‘All kids, both the well behaved and even the naughty ones, were frightened of him.

They never knew when they would be attacked by Mark. Sadly at this young age, he had become the epitome of aggression, as if there was nothing positive in this life for him.

‘His attacks were sudden, unpredicted and vicious. He had no concept of pain or the result of causing pain and he showed no mercy to his victims.
‘He would be reading a book and then seconds later he would be jumping on the chest of one of his class mates.

‘Once, over-excited during the preparations for a school party, Mark punched one of my female colleagues in the jaw. It appeared that at home he was watching wrestling all the time and was trying to imitate the wrestlers.

‘Everything related to violence fascinated him. Once he appeared at the school with a large knife. Luckily one of my colleagues saw him just before he entered the school.’
His behaviour worsened when he reached secondary school and he was sent away to live in Manchester with an aunt.

During the inquest his mother claimed Duggan returned to Tottenham several years later as a ‘well balanced’ man.

What was carefully omitted was the fact the one of Duggan’s uncles was the late Desmond ‘Dessie’ Noonan, whose feared family are ‘major players’ in the Manchester underworld.

He was a senior member of North London’s notorious Tottenham ManDem gang, which traded in violence, intimidation and drugs.

In the eight years before his death, Duggan was repeatedly arrested over a raft of serious crimes, including murder, attempted murder and a range of firearms offences.

his mother Pamela, 55, maintains he was a ‘lovely young boy’ who tried to keep peace.

Last night she refused to accept the jury’s verdict, claiming he was a peacemaker, was not in a gang and was no danger to the public.

It is a picture put forward by Duggan’s family and supporters ever since England burned during days of widespread disorder in the summer of 2011.

Back then, few knew of his association with some of the most feared criminals in Europe.

A judge took the highly unusual step of leading his court in a moment’s silence to commemorate Mark Duggan, the alleged gangster whose death sparked the 2011 riots which scarred Britain.
Judge Keith Cutler, sitting at Duggan’s inquest, asked everyone inside the courtroom to fall silent and to acknowledge the ‘regrettable loss of a young life’.

Later the inquest heard Duggan was a member of one of Britain’s most notorious gangs and was shot by a police marksman who believed the suspect was about to fire a revolver in a crowded street.

Judge Cutler, sitting as a coroner at the High Court, led the 20-second silence by lowering his head and clasping his hands together.

Addressing the jury, he said: ‘It is right that you should know that present in court today are a number of Mark Duggan’s family and friends and to acknowledge the grief of those family and friends and to respect that loss we will together just have some moments of silence as we sit here to recognise the seriousness of the hearing for which we are about to undertake.’

The request for a moment’s silence was understood to have been made by Duggan’s family and supporters.

I can’t always keep current on item that I am interested in and want to share.

This happened just before Christmas, in a Germany that has become as politically correct as any other in Europe and UK.

What good is water cannon when vermin will dry off and return to cause more damage and mayhem?

Oh well ... what the heck.  Why worry?

In another 500 years chances are all of Europe will be ruled by Sharia law and another language will be spoken by most of the future native born.

Anyway .... Germany sees out the old year.  Sad really.  Not as bad or as widespread as the riots in the UK recently, but pretty much handled in what has become the usual pc way. Miscreants are called Mister and ONE side has rules to obey and the bad guys know that.

German police suffered 120 casualties during the country’s worst night of rioting for a decade near the infamous Reeperbahn in Hamburg.

Officials said police officers were pelted with petrol bombs, bricks, bottles and stones on Saturday night.

They were then attacked on the ground when they fell and 16 were hospitalized for their injuries.  More than 80 rioters were injured and needed medical treatment in running battles.

‘Rioters came back to attack fallen officers regardless of their injuries.’

Some 2,600 police were on duty in the port city battling 7,300 demonstrators protesting against the impending closure of a leftist culture centre called Rote Flora that has been occupied by squatters for years. 

Black Block anarchists were among the marchers who, say authorities, arrived from all over Germany intent on a violent showdown with police.

One officer hit on the head with a stone remains seriously ill in hospital.

Police fought back with pepper spray, water cannon and truncheons in running skirmishes that saw the centre of Hamburg become a no-go zone from midday on Saturday until dawn on Sunday.

‘From the beginning there was an aggressive mood and we were attacked massively’, a police spokesman said. ‘This was violence on a scale we haven’t seen for years.’

Of course not. Because firstly, the rat droppings who cause the trouble are not in fear of any retribution, and Germany no longer has the services of the Gestapo or the SS.  Ah ... I need to think about this.  Presents an entirely new/old problem. An extremely left wing and widely read Trotsky/Marxist paper in an editorial by one Seumas Milne, who is the associate editor, made this outrageous claim, published in another paper.

The murder of a Brit soldier in broad daylight on a London street was:

“ The predicted consequence of an avalanche of violence unleashed by the USA and UK and others in eight direct military interventions in Arab and muslim countries, that have left hundreds of thousands dead.”

He goes on to say that;

“Only the wilfully blind or ignorant can be shocked when there is a blowback from that onslaught at home.  The surprise should be that there hasn’t been more such atrocities.”

This jerk has nothing to say about the fact that these were two home grown former gang members, born and raised right here in Britain, who were not Arabs at all and were only recent converts to the rop..  He writes as though while not approving what they did, we should understand as he sees it, their righteous anger as muslims.  I notice as well that he doesn’t mention the girls of school age who have been murdered and had acid thrown on them and disfigured.  The murder of people who are doing medical work and trying to inoculate against Polio.  The intentional killings of civilians by the Taliban and their allies. The list is endless.  I really doubt that our side makes it a policy to target unarmed non combatants. 

People like this wanker should be seen in the same way that we regard terrorists, because it’s the useful fools like this who enable them.
I see no logical reason why the agencies of govt. meaning the CIA and whatever equivalent on the Brit side, can not simply find a way to make those like Snowden and this creep just .... disappear.  Manning should have met with an accident, and that shit from wikileaks ( Julian Assange )as well.
Let the idiot left jump up and down and make noise and complain and then just ignore them. If some can not be ignored, take care of the problem and send em off to meet the others.

Drew already posted the jury verdict on these scum.  These totally worthless bastards who, were there any real justice, would have been taken out and lynched.
However ... they of course got a trial where they and their lawyer argued they were merely soldiers.

So the trial is over ... they will most likely remain in prison with three meals supplied and medical needs seen to. You know all the rest of it.

The trial is over and the justice criminal system lumbers on but ... Brit system, ( America too ? ) shows how ready we are to be humane and therefore no death penalty.  No torture ... can’t do that.  We must make a show of how we play by rules. ( vomit ) Of course the enemy has no rules so being humane doesn’t impress them any.

Enough of that.  Here’s what I wanted you to see.

I always think older folks who make the claim that they would never go back to their teens and are so happy to be old, are telling a fib.
When I feel this crappy I wish I were 40 again. I’d even settle for 50.  Of course I wish that anyway, even when I feel very well.
However ... I could not ignore this article and felt the need to share it.

Apparently two rival traveller gangs are at war.  I think the police should let em at each other.

So here’s the story.

An arsonist burned his own head when his ‘Russian-style’ hat set alight as he tried to torch a rival drug dealer’s car.

Things then got worse for Karl McGarry, 25, when he also managed to set fire to his getaway vehicle.

Liverpool Crown Court heard that McGarry had become embroiled in a 20-year feud between two traveller families in St Helens, Liverpool.

A member of the Price family ordered him to firebomb two cars but when he leaned through one of their windows, his furry hat ignited.

Unaware that the headpiece was on fire, he got into his getaway car, setting that alight as well.

McGarry, who worked as a ‘full time drug dealer’ in St Helens, Merseyside, was later recorded on a police bugging device, complaining about setting his Russian hat on fire.

Another voice could be heard laughing: ‘That was when you had that big mark on your head, weren’t it?’

Liverpool Crown Court heard the Price family was trying to control the supply of class A drugs in the town and had previously been known to petrol bomb and fire shotguns at the Maughans.

Eight of their gang were jailed for a total of 97 years last week for drug, firearm and arson conspiracies.

ongoing trial, but it seems the witness is the one on trial.  it’s called justice

I know this could very well bore many of you but, I just have to post this because it’s been driving me up a wall for weeks now.  Yes there are worse things to be bothered about and I generally am. But this bothers me as well.

Lawyers, courts, judges and the a witness is put on trial. It pisses me off very much and I know things are no different in my own country. I think you know it too.

Basically here’s what happened.

The rat face on the right here is Charles Saatchi.

He’s a millionaire art collector and a man of much power in the art world.  He it was who brought that brilliant con man to fame and fortune by the name of Damian Hirst. He was also the man who brought to the world that brilliant light of art, that shining tower of talented light, Tracey Emin.

Yeah ... she of the unmade bed and used condoms and crap laying about. That’s art today and she is rich,rich and is moving to America. I don’t blame her or Hirst. Not at all.  Hey, if some idiot comes along and thinks my hand drawn line on a piece of paper is worth a million, well, can’t blame the boy and girl. 

Now then Saatchi was married to Nigella Lawson, England’s domestic goddess. 
Some weeks ago he grabbed her by the throat in public, the photos were everywhere cos ppl like them are followed everywhere. The guy is a bully and because of his influence and money he gets what he wants and makes his own laws etc. He is very much used to getting his way.

So they split.  Well actually she moved out of the house, is a millionaire in her own right and wants nothing from him. Just her freedom.
So the newspapers really went after him, a wife abuser and a misogynist and a bully, they called him everything that could be legally published. 
He then turned on her in the press and was angry because ..... she said nothing to defend him. She said nothing btw, no angry outbursts or name calling, just remained silent. The less she said the angrier he became.  So just as the dust started to settle, a large fraud was discovered, in American terms is seems that a pair of sisters who worked for the couple, had embezzled at least a million dollars. 

And here’s where things got really bad for Nigella Lawson.

The (Italian) sisters are on trial. Right?  Well you would not think so by the grilling given Lawson.

It was revealed in court that she had snorted coke and smoked the evil weed. She had even allowed regular cigarettes to be used , it is claimed, by her kids.
So every damn day she, who is not on trial for any of that and is merely a witness, she didn’t bring the charges to start with against the fraudsters, but is treated as if it she who is on trial. Her life and reputation is being trashed daily in court as the sisters keep coming up with these stories.  Some of which are true.  Lawson claimed that when her previous husband was dying of cancer, they both snorted and smoked.  But she was not one of those junkies we often read about.  Since she isn’t being charged with anything, it just bother me that courts can be used this way and a person can be dragged through mud this way.
You know, it could be any one of us also.  I mean, you’re called as a witness and yes I do understand a lawyer must be certain the witness is reliable.  But hell’s bells, there’s all this missing money and a trail left behind and the sisters admitting yes, they used the credit cards given them, but only they say for the job of taking care of things and buying item requested or .... were outright gifts.

To really get the full picture, you would have to do a tiny bit of research and you’ll see what’s happening.

Last week the Brit PM when asked about this affair said he was part of team Nigella or words to that effect, as many people are on her side.
Well folks, the judge came down on the PM like stink on poo. He took an entire court session to talk to the jury trying the sisters and telling them that they must ignore comments like that made by the Prime Minister who should never have said such a thing while a trial was ongoing.
But he allows Nigella Lawson to be abused by a lawyer who has proved nothing so far in the way of innocence of the clients. 

I can’t understand how the demand that a kitchen be spotless , has anything to do with missing money. Can you? Hey, I’m not a lawyer.

A former personal assistant of Nigella Lawson accused of defrauding the chef and her husband Charles Saatchi told today how the couple’s kitchen had to be ‘quite spotless’ by the time he had his breakfast.

Francesca Grillo, 35, said her typical day would start at 6am, when she would be required to tidy the kitchen, which could take two or three hours.

Grillo - who, along with older sister Elisabetta, 41, denies fraud - said it ‘would depend what happened the night before’, adding that this was due to ‘untidy children… and grown-ups’.

Francesca added: ‘The kitchen had to be quite spotless by the time Charles came down to breakfast. He keeps a timetable. He’s always downstairs by 7, 7.30am. He would always be out of the house by 8, 8.30am at the latest.’

On some occasions she made his breakfast but sometimes he made it himself, the jury was told.

‘Nigella would come down later, depending on if she had slept well,’ she added.

Francesca, of Bayswater, west London, said she would then clean the bedrooms and do the laundry and shopping, adding that there were ‘always lots of shopping trips’.

She would pick the children up from school and make them tea, as well as helping them with anything they needed.

Wouldn’t you love to see what would happen to a group like this, were the scene the USA instead of the UK.
Might be interesting.  But it isn’t. Yet.  Give em time though and they’ll get around to us, as soon as they finish the front they’re fighting on now.

Dozens of Muslim protestors gathered to demand that businesses stop selling alcohol in a popular East London area yesterday.

if this is civilized then I want no part of civilization … what a farce

Well heck. Isn’t it nice that the authorities must allow this evil and calculation duo to communicate and live (almost) as if everything is sort of okay. That is, they still have freedom of sorts. Not the kind of freedom we would look forward to but, I don’t understand any system that can allow ppl like this to continue breathing.  So okay, if the DP is out of the question, and it is for the foreseeable future, why oh why must prison authorities put in place things that make their miserable lives easier?  No different in the states either.
It’s as Wardmama says in one of her comments on another posted subject.

Who but the hand wringing left could put anything like this in place? For example, I have just read about a fellow with a record of multiple violent rapes in prison on a life sentence. BUT .... he was allowed out on day release. Any guesses at what he did while out?

The Sun reports that friends of Williams said he knew Shuttleworth had ‘always been the one for him’ since they met as youngsters in children’s homes.

Williams was ordered to serve a minimum of 29 years of a life sentence for the ‘chilling, casual and calculated’ killings of Yvonne Walsh and her son Harrison.

Described by a judge yesterday as ‘clearly evil’, Williams posted a message on the social networking site after he carried out the double murder saying: ‘Sometimes we just have to do things we shouldn’t.’

He also wrote ‘I am sorry it had to come to this’ on his victim’s Facebook page, and changed his relationship status to ‘single’.

Mr Justice MacDuff branded the 29-year-old as a man ‘dangerous beyond measure’ who had ‘executed’ a defenceless infant and his mother. He then ordered guards to ‘take this evil man down’.

Prosecutors said the pair’s relationship crumbled after 25-year- old Miss Walsh spurned Williams’s proposal of marriage.

He had been released from prison on licence four months before the murders after serving a five-year term for attacking his sister’s ex-partner with a hammer. But the licence had expired by the time he killed the mother and son.

Williams pleaded guilty last week at Birmingham Crown Court to murdering the pair.

After his sentencing yesterday, reporting restrictions barring any mention of his link with his former girlfriend who murdered her two-year-old son were lifted.

Rebecca Shuttleworth, 25, was jailed for life in June at the same court after battering to death her son Keanu Williams, under the noses of Birmingham social workers.

Well what a darn huge surprise.  And just in time for Christmas shopping for those brave enough, in London and every major city in the country by the time it’s all over.  And of course the scum will stay.  Because this country does NOT have full control of its own borders anymore.

Then flip a switch that brings the gas into the van where they’re locked inside.  Dump bodies in pre dug hole in wasteland someplace, go back for another load of passengers. Or ... quicker way is napalm on a group of the lice.  The rest will be more than happy to leave while they can still breathe.
But no, authorities will wring their hands and claim there is nothing they can do when in fact, there is much they can do.  Beginning with facing the menace head on and using extreme measures to correct the problem.  Although I don’t see deleting this sub species as anything extreme really.

Romanian gypsies who were evicted from Marble Arch in July have returned and are targeting Christmas shoppers in London’s West End.

The travellers are reportedly ‘aggressively begging’ wealthy tourists for money, in some cases even marching them to cashpoints and waiting as they withdraw cash.

Over the summer Westminster City Council obtained an order evicting the gypsies from their makeshift camp and even paid for some to return home to Romania.

But now they are back and council chiefs say there is very little they can do about it.

They have called for a change in the law to give them a ‘modern set of tools for a modern set of problems.’

Police recognised that people are feeling ‘frustrated’, but UK and EU laws mean attempts to permanently move the group on have failed.

The schmucks haven’t figured out that making them dead is a permanent solution.

Their return has caused outrage among local businesses, who say the group are aggressively begging and stealing from shops and stalls along Oxford Street.

Abdul Mohammed, who works at a souvenir stall a short distance from the arch said they had been harassing his customers.

He said: ‘The other day a woman was buying something from me when one of the gypsies came up to her and started asking her for money.

‘She tried to ignore her but the woman didn’t stop, she was grabbing her arm and pointing at the money in my customer’s wallet.

‘When my customer left the gypsy followed her, she was about to give in and give the woman some money so I shouted to her not to give her any.

‘When I did that the gypsy came running back to me and shouted ‘f*** you’ - they have learned how to say that now.

Mr Mohammed said that the gypsies had been targeting the West End’s wealthy foreign visitors.

He explained: ‘They go up to a lot of Arab men and women because they know they have a lot of money.

‘They will point right at the money as they count it out and ask for it. Then they take all the cash they have collected to the Western Union nearby, I see them doing it every day.’

A huge operation in July saw the council and police move in to break up a camp set up on the central reservation of Park Lane, one of London’s most exclusive streets.

But now the group have been living in unsanitary conditions on the narrow strip of grass between two war memorials opposite the Dorchester Hotel.

According to one worker the police and council staff move the travellers off their squat every morning, marching them up to the junction of Park lane and Oxford Street.

They take their bedding, mattresses and other possessions in trollies with them before settling down in the square beneath the arch.

One worker, who mans a tour bus company’s stall complained that once the travellers have been moved up to the monument they were left unchecked for most of the day.

He said: ‘No one seems to care what they are doing after about eight o’clock in the morning.

‘Why is it when you have hundreds of policemen out and about looking for cyclists you can’t have some cracking down on this?’

On Tuesday a team of police and border officials were seen checking travel documents belonging to the travellers.

murder? not guilty. why? because i’m a soldier of pisslam so killing isn’t murder. trial continues

So I sat down to breakfast this morning, a nice steaming coffee in front of me, passed over the pages of yet more (and more and more) coverage of Saint Mandela and landed on page 5 or perhaps it was six.
btw, one somewhat conservative paper said under a large headline declared that Mandela was a colossus. Well, if he wasn’t the media have sure made him one.

So anyway there I am with a page open to the trial of these miserable no account black sombitches who quite literally and in broad daylight, butchered a Brit soldier on a street after first running him down with their vehicle.  Poor guy didn’t stand a chance, I saw the video where he’s walking across a street and the car turns in behind him and knocks him down.

Why are these niggers worthy of a trial?  Isn’t a trial supposed to be where guilt or innocence is determined?  One of the scum is pleading not guilty, this in spite of the fact that there he is in full view, it was even posted here at bmews at the time, with bloody hands and clever. He’s even explaining to the person shooting the video why it is that the deed was done and that he was a soldier of pisslam.  Which of course is why it was not murder and so the innocent plea.  And the system goes along with the expense and anguish to the family of the fallen soldier. 

It has been further reported that the two were trying to cut out body parts.
But in spite of it all they get a trial. And that isn’t all.

They also get to be referred to as .... Mister.  WTF?

Lee Rigby murder trial: ‘I am a soldier of Allah,’ says Michael Adebolajo and insists he has no regrets over killing

The man accused of killing and trying to behead Fusilier Lee Rigby declared his love for al-Qa’ida in court on Monday and claimed he was a soldier for Allah in an ongoing war against the British military.

Seated just yards from the family of his victim, Michael Adebolajo, 28, told the Old Bailey that he had no regrets about launching the attack on the defenceless soldier as he crossed the road near his barracks in Woolwich, south-east London. “I will never regret obeying the command of Allah so that’s all I can say,” he told a packed courtroom. “I’m a mujahid, I’m a soldier: I do what Allah commands me to do. I can’t do anything else.”

Mr Adebolajo, who denies murder, claimed that at the end of his trial he should be killed, freed or ransomed back to Islamist fighters in Afghanistan or Iraq. During his evidence that ranged through his Christian upbringing, his teenage conversion to Islam and his radicalisation into a jihadist fighter, Mr Adebolajo claimed he would have been cast “into hellfire” if he had refused to fight because he “loved my wife and children”, the court heard.

“I’m a soldier and this is war,” said Mr Adebolajo, who is married with six children. His last son was born four days before the attack. “I’m a soldier of Allah and I understand that some people might not recognise this because we don’t wear fatigues and we don’t go to the Brecon Beacons to train and this sort of thing but we are still soldiers in the sight of Allah.

“To me, this is all that matters. Basically it is a war between Islam and those militaries that invade Muslim lands. One of them just happens to be the British military and therefore the war continues even to this day.”

And so, like all brave and good soldiers who have faced death more than once in battle, these vermin ram a car into the enemy, from behind him, disable him entirely and then proceed to butcher him. In full view of the public.  But it’s okay cos they are ... ‘soldiers’.  They soil the word while a genuine soldier has been found guilty of murder for deleting a wounded taliban terrorist who also wore no uniform.  He got life and must serve a minimum of ten years, and the Brit public is outraged. Except of course the libtards who continue to preach tolerance and respect for life blah,blah.

With five prison officers sitting close to him around the dock, Mr Adebolajo told the court that he prayed to Allah the night before the attack to ensure that he and his co-defendant, Michael Adebowale, 22, targeted a soldier rather than a civilian. He claimed that the original plan had not been to run him down, but “Allah caused” the 25-year-old to cross the road in front of them.

Mr Adebolajo claimed he saw the soldier moving before he attacked him with a meat cleaver, prompting Fusilier Rigby’s widow to leave the court in tears. Mr Adebolajo said he tried, but failed, to cut off his head with another knife sharpened at his home before the attack. During comments directed towards the Rigby family, Mr Adebolajo accepted that he killed somebody that they loved. “I just hope that soldier’s life and his death might prevent the deaths of other soldiers who are being sent to die in unjust wars and save the lives of Muslims who are being bombed and killed by British forces,” he said.

He told the court that he was raised as a Christian by his family and during his childhood in Romford, east London, most of his friends were white, including one who became a soldier and died during the Iraq war.

He said he converted to Islam during his first year at Greenwich University and had attended a number of demonstrations organised by the banned Islamist group al-Muhajiroun. Mr Adebolajo was jailed for 51 days after one protest following his conviction for two counts of assaulting a police officer in 2006.

Mr Adebolajo and Mr Adebowale both deny murder and attempted murder of a police officer. The case continues.

Another poor negro is upset over a word used not in anger or insult but in a conversation.  And it isn’t even the word nigger.  Nope.

Seems like these days certain protected life forms can now even choose what words whitey gets to speak. 

We’ve done this Gollywog thing in the past and left it there more than a year ago.  Ppl offended on behalf of other people and all that nonsense.
Well, along comes this new crime, which has been brought to our attention by a broad nosed old bag who is going to take legal action.

First .... a bit of history on the subject.

The golliwog, golliwogg or golly was a black character in children’s books in the late 19th century usually depicted as a type of rag doll. It was reproduced, both by commercial and hobby toy-makers as a children’s toy called the “golliwog”, and had great popularity in Europe and Australia into the 1970s.

The doll is characterised by black skin, eyes rimmed in white, clown lips and frizzy hair. While home-made golliwogs were sometimes female, the golliwog was generally male. For this reason, in the period following World War II, the golliwog was seen, along with the teddy bear, as a suitable soft toy for a young boy.

The image of the doll has become the subject of heated debate. While some see the golliwog as a cherished cultural artifact and childhood tradition, others argue that the golliwog is a destructive instance of racism against people of African descent, along with pickaninnies, minstrels, mammy figures, and other caricatures, and has been described as “the least known of the major anti-Black caricatures in the United States”. In recent years, changing political attitudes with regard to race have reduced the popularity and sales of golliwogs as toys. Manufacturers who have used golliwogs as a motif have either withdrawn them as an icon, or changed the name. In particular, the association of the golliwog with the pejorative term “wog” has resulted in use of alternative names such as “golly” and “golly doll”.

British jam manufacturer James Robertson & Sons used a golliwog called Golly as its mascot from 1910, after John Robertson apparently saw children playing with golliwog dolls in America.

Robertson’s started producing promotional Golly badges in the 1920s, which could be obtained in exchange for tokens gained from their products. In 1983, the company’s products were boycotted by the Greater London Council as offensive, and in 1988 the character ceased to be used in television advertising. The company used to give away Golly badges and small plaster figures playing musical instruments or sports and other such themes. The badge collection scheme was withdrawn in 2001.

According to an editorial in The Times newspaper golliwogs were banned in Germany in 1934, on the grounds they were inappropriate toys for Aryan children.

In a statement reported by the BBC, Virginia (Ginny) C. Knox, previously brand director for Robertson’s and later Chief Operating Officer of the Culinary Brands Division of RHM, told The Herald Newspaper in Scotland in 2001 that the decision to remove the Golly symbol from Robertson’s jam and marmalade jars was taken after research found that children were not familiar with the character, although it still appealed to the older generations.

“We sell 45 million jars of jam and marmalade each year and they have pretty much all got Golly on them,” said Ms Knox. “We also sell 250,000 Golly badges to collectors and only get 10 letters a year from people who don’t like the Golliwog image.” Today, Robertson’s Golly badges remain highly collectible, with the very rarest sometimes selling for more than £1,000. = $1,634.52.

A black chef claims that her white boss racially harassed her when he mentioned the word ‘golliwog’ during a conversation about the famous Robertson’s jam labels.

Lawyers for Denise Lindsay, 45, claim that the word is ‘inherently discriminatory’ and has ‘racial overtones’ and should not have been used in front of their client.

But her boss Mark McAleese claims that he was talking about the jam label changing and has apologized to her and said that he had no desire to ‘violate her dignity’.

Her lawyers are battling to convince three top judges that the word is inherently offensive to black people and almost always discriminatory - no matter in what context it is used.

Violate her F***** what?  How could he possibly violate something she hasn’t got and never had?

So I guess what we now have is or might be .... caution about any conversation that could be overheard by any darkie anywhere who will make the decision as to what is and is not offensive, even if offense wasn’t intended and even if the listener wasn’t personally offended, he or she MIGHT have been and anyway, how many words will have to be altered or stricken off the list of acceptable conversation?

Just look at this.  Teach em to read and write, remove the chains and tell em they have rights and next thing you know they will want to marry your daughter.  Oh wait ... they already do.

Her barrister, Daniel Matovu, told the court: ‘White people don’t get called golliwogs. The word is an overtly racial comment. [The word] golliwog cannot be interpreted in any other way.

‘What the authorities make clear is that, when something is inherently discriminatory and clearly has racial overtones, there is no further debate.’

British jam manufacturers Robertson’s started using the Golly character, dressed in a yellow waistcoat and bow tie, on its jars from 1910.

In the late-1920s, the company started producing popular badges featuring the character, including a golfing, cricketer and footballer version. The items became collectables.

Miss Lindsay was working as an assistant chef manager at the LSE’s Bloomsbury student halls in February 2009 when the comment was made by chef manager Mr McAleese.

He used the word while discussing ‘the change to the label of Robertson’s jam’, the court heard.

But Miss Lindsay, of Clapham, south west London, was upset and an employment tribunal later found that what Mr McAleese said amounted to ‘an isolated act of harassment’.

He apologised and said that he had not uttered the word for the ‘purpose of violating her dignity’.

The tribunal ruled: ‘We have concluded that, for a white manager to use the words “golliwog” and “golliwog jam” in the course of a conversation with a black Afro-Caribbean colleague is unwanted conduct.’

However, Miss Lindsay’s harassment claim was dismissed after the tribunal said it had been brought too late.

Whether that decision was justified is one of the central issues now being considered by the Appeal Court judges.

Miss Lindsay’s other complaints of race discrimination were dismissed by the tribunal and, although she still has an active victimisation claim, she is asking the court to reconsider the issue.

Her barrister Mr Matovu argued that the tribunal was plainly wrong to dismiss the golliwog complaint purely on grounds of delay.

However, the LSE’s barrister, Shaen Catherwood, insisted that Mr McAleese’s use of the controverisal word - spoken quietly and quickly - did not come anywhere close to racial harassment.

‘I say it is unsatisfactory that somebody should be labelled with a finding of harassment on racial grounds when the actual context in which the word was used was innocent and inoffensive,’ he told the court.

Lord Justice Moore-Bick, Lord Justice Floyd and Lord Justice Christopher Clarke reserved their decision on the case until a later date.

Her lawyer is what?  Matovu?  What tribe is that?

This case should have been thrown out of court at the get go. I think the bitch is looking for a large payday.  Whitey owes her ya know.

A cousin of an honour killing victim who helped dispose of her body has said he is proud of his actions.

Dana Amin, 29, cousin of Banaz Mahmod who was murdered by her father and two others in 2006, helped bury the corpse in a garden in Birmingham.

The 20-year-old was murdered in her South London home before her body was shoved into a suitcase and driven to the Midlands to be dumped in a make-shift grave.

Three months later, her body was found, and it was discovered she had been strangled to death with a shoelace, Southwark Crown Court heard.

Her father, uncle and a hired henchman were convicted of the murder but her cousin, Amin, said he did not regret his actions as he began an eight-year jail sentence.

Banaz was killed after she walked out of an arranged marriage and fell in love with another man.

The new romance incurred the wrath of her relatives who believed she had brought shame on their family and Banaz and her boyfriend was told to break up or suffer the consequences.

Terrified Banaz had repeatedly told police of her fears her life was in danger.

‘People are following me, still they are following me. At any time, if anything happens to me, it’s them,’ Banaz says in a haunting video recorded during one of her police visits before her death.

Her father, Mahmod Mahmod, and uncle, Ari Mahmod, were jailed for life in 2007 for her murder, together with henchman Mohamad Hama in what became Britain’s most notorious honour killing.

What is it that this particular jungle bunny finds so funny.  He could be smiling so that people will see him and not bump into him.  Could be. But we know better. Don’t we?

This is the moment a group of laughing thugs attacked a young woman, knocking her unconscious, and poured drink over her during a sickening attack on board a night bus.
The 22-year-old victim was sitting with a friend on the back seat of the bus when a group of young men boarded and moved to where she was sitting.
After criticising her dress, one of the gang poured a can of drink over the woman’s head and pulled her hair as the bus travelled towards Clapham in south London.
